Home Instead is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a compassionate caregiving team serving seniors in their homes.

We offer flexible, part-time schedules with paid training, travel time between shifts, and a range of benefits designed to support caregivers. CNAs provide personal care, companionship, and safe assistance with daily activities to help clients stay independent at home.

Competenze

• Must hold a current CNA license/certification from any U.S. state.
• Be fluent in English and at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform daily living activities with seniors; patient and respectful.

Mansioni

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Aid in ambulation, mobility, and transfers.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Remind and monitor medications; light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and one-on-one support tailored to client needs.

Are you a CNA looking for flexible, part-time work where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? At Home Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Flexible & Part-Time Scheduling

As a CNA with Home Instead, you may assist seniors with:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Ambulation, mobility, and transfers
• Personal care and hygiene
• Meal preparation and serving
• Medication reminders and monitoring
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Providing compassionate, one-on-one support based on each client’s individual needs

• Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour
• $2 more per hour on weekends

CNA Qualifications

Candidates Must

• Hold a current CNA license/certification from any U.S. state
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be fluent in English
• Have the ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Be patient, dependable, and a good listener
• Be comfortable providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Successfully complete required background checks and driving record checks
• Successfully complete a required drug screen
