Job summary

Liberty Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their Charlotte facility. You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, and daily activities, support oral hygiene, and maintain accurate care records during your shift.

The role requires a valid CNA registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a genuine interest in geriatric welfare. You will participate in training and team meetings as part of a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant registered (DFS).
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ADLs during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene, including denture care throughout the day.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift with accurate I and O.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support the charge nurse.
• Support resident needs and treatments as directed by nursing staff.
