Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab in Commerce, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for all shifts. You’ll provide daily resident care with dignity, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safe, compassionate support.

We offer pay ranging from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, weekly pay, and a broad benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
