Job summary

HMR Veterans Services in El Paso, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care to our veterans and ensure their comfort and dignity.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health status, document observations, and follow individualized care plans in a respectful, patient-centered environment on-site. We offer comprehensive benefits and dedicated teamwork to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
