Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care for residents on-site in Gaffney, SC. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ well-being, and report changes to nursing leadership, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care and teamwork to honor veterans and deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Following individualized care plans and facility policies to deliver exceptional resident care
