Job summary

MaineTouch is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home personal care and support for adults and seniors in Windsor, ME 04363 and nearby Kennebec County. Pay starts at $18.00 and can reach $21.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.

You will work one client at a time following individual care plans, assisting with daily activities, mobility, meals, and basic housekeeping, with documentation and supervisor communication as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Cell phone for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist with transfers and daily care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care.
• Support mobility and safe transfers for clients.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
• Document care and report changes to supervisor.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff for backup as needed.

We're looking for Certified Nursing Assistants in Windsor, ME 04363 and the surrounding Kennebec County area for in-home personal care and support services with adults and seniors. Pay starts at $18.00 and goes up to $21.00/hour based on your experience and certifications.

What the work looks like:

You’ll work with one client at a time, following their individual plan of care. That includes personal care tasks - bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and hygiene - along with mobility support, safe transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and condition monitoring. You’ll document accurately and communicate any changes to your supervisor. Clinical and administrative staff are reachable when you need backup.
