Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Warrington Township. Starting pay is $20/hour with higher pay based on experience, and both full-time and part-time shifts are available. Shifts include 7:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm, with benefits such as paid PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Experience in caregiving preferred but not required for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living.

• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Help create a safe, engaging, home-like environment in memory care and assisted living.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of caregiving or CNA experience preferred

• Memory Care experience is a plus

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
