Job summary

Care Dimensions is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate care team in northeastern Massachusetts. We offer flexible shifts, full/part-time and per diem opportunities, and pay between $22 and $27 per hour depending on experience and location.

CNAs provide personal care, assist with ambulation and meals, and support families during a meaningful, end-of-life care journey. We offer tuition reimbursement, scholarship programs, and a strong commitment to training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• CNA certification as required by MA DPH.
• Compassionate, warm, accepting attitude toward patients.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support ambulation and mobility as needed.
• Assist with meals and basic comfort measures for patients and families.

Care Dimensions is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants. We offer you:

• $22-$27 hourly pay rate depending on experience level and location
• various locations close to your home throughout northeastern Massachusetts

Care Dimensions Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and are an important and valued member of the care team. CNAs are filled with purpose and meaningful work as they help patients and families with personal care needs, ambulation, and supplementary services including meal preparation, during this important time of patients’ lives.

What You'll Bring:

• Certification of successful completion of a CNA course approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
• A compassionate, warm and accepting attitude toward people.
• Ability to respect confidentiality of patients and families.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Pay Range

$22-$27 USD
