Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs (BP, pulse) as requested by staff.
• Remind patients to take medications and supplements as needed.
• Check patient vital signs daily and maintain accurate charts.

Responsibilities Of a CNA

• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
• Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed
• Checking patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient's chart

Qualifications For a CNA
