Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Perform duties outlined in the plan of care
• Communicate with office and family
• Assist clients with ADLs
• Provide meal preparation services
• Light housekeeping, laundry, organizing
• Med reminders
• Transfer clients and provide transportation to doctor, beauty salon, etc.
