Job summary

Complete Care at Shrewsbury is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. Full‑time, part‑time and per‑diem opportunities are available on 7‑3 p, 3‑11 p, and 11‑7 a, with a supportive environment dedicated to resident‑centered care.

You will work with a dedicated nursing team, provide personal care, observe resident condition, document care, and help maintain a safe, respectful living environment. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification must be current and unrestricted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting and mobility
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and living areas
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies and equipment
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Accurately document care provided and resident observations
• Encourage resident independence, dignity and social engagement
• Follow all state, federal and facility regulations
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care
