Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, nutrition, and safety, report changes to nursing staff, and document in EMRs. The role supports residents in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care programs while maintaining dignity and comfort and upholding high clinical standards.
