Job summary

Elite Standard Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a caring healthcare team in Missouri. You will provide hands-on assistance to residents, support daily living activities, and help maintain dignity and comfort in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include vital signs, documentation, meal support, and responsive care, while collaborating with a skilled nursing team to ensure safety and quality. Prior LTC experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
