Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Alabama team. You’ll help patients with daily activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to the care team with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide support to families along their health care journeys with care and compassion.
