Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Respiratory Cardiology Unit. This .9 FTE night-shift opening runs 7pm–7:30am, with rotating weekends and a $4/hour night differential.

You will support the RN with admissions/discharges, monitor vitals, collect specimens, and assist patient mobility, while pursuing ongoing education.

Formación

• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License required at hire.
• National Provider BLS (AHA) certification required at hire.
• Experience in hospital or long-term care setting preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant– Respiratory Cardiology Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center. This posting represents a .9 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12-hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. $4 per hour night shift differential.

In this position you will:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN, utilizing the care plan. The CNA assists a Registered Nurse (RN) in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the RN.
