Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Plano, TX is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team and provide high-quality, in-home care.

You will assist clients with bathing, mobility, transfers, hygiene, continence, oral care, and other duties while delivering warmth, independence and comfort in the home. We offer flexible schedules, comprehensive paid training, rewards and recognition programs, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred).
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect.
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written.
• Must meet State requirements for CNA training and competency.
