Elite Sitters Homecare LLC in Philadelphia, MS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide hands-on home care in clients' homes. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, support mobility, prepare meals, and offer companionship in a safe, respectful environment.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, reliable communication with supervising staff, and the ability to work independently in a home care setting.

Formación

• Must have valid CNA certification in Mississippi.
• Home care or clinical setting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.

• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising staff
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure sores
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
