Monterey Palms Healthcare Center in Palm Desert, CA seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (AM and PM Shifts) to care for residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an
interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families and staff members.
Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers; calculate percentage of whole; measure in cubic centimeters (cc’s); measure in
feet and inches. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, length and height.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Attends in-service and education programs; attends continuing education required for maintenance certification.
