Reflections Memory Care, a Villas of Holly Brook & Reflections location in Morton, IL, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time shifts. The role involves compassionate daily living assistance to residents in a memory care setting, with day and night shifts available.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program, provide safe care and supervision of medications as needed, and support dining, mobility, and routine tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary. We have a comprehensive training program.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents with a friendly smile, including feeding, dressing, bathing, and restroom assistance.
• May supervise medications and provide verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
• May include basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Hours - 12 hours, Day shift and Night shift

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include providing daily living assistance to our residents with a friendly smile. Assistance may include feeding, dressing, bathing, and taking resident to the restroom.
• Duties may include providing medication supervision and verbal encouragement and direct support to our residents.
• The Caregiver responsibilities may also include basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
