Job summary

Avir at Mesquite is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate daily care to residents in a supportive, team-centered environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, take vital signs, and report changes to the nursing staff, while maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful setting that enhances quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with vital signs and other clinical tasks as needed.
