Job summary

Comfi-Kare Homecare Services is hiring experienced CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors across Montgomery, Howard, Frederick, and Carroll Counties in Maryland.

Roles include delivering ADL support, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping. Active Maryland CNA certification and reliable transportation are required, with CPR preferred and background checks mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Ability to provide 2 professional references.
• PPD, QuantiFERON-Gold or CXR as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and Toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer companionship and supervision.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and transportation to appointments (if applicable).
• Support dementia/memory care and post-hospitalization needs.

Job Overview

Comfi-Kare Homecare Services is currently hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors in Montgomery County, Howard County, and Frederick and Carroll Counties, Maryland.

CNA Responsibilities

As a Home Care CNA, you will assist clients with:

1. Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
2. Bathing
3. Dressing
4. Grooming
5. Toileting
6. Mobility assistance & transfers
7. Companionship and supervision
8. Light housekeeping
9. Meal preparation
10. Medication reminders
11. Transportation to appointments (if applicable)
12. Dementia and memory care support
13. Post-hospitalization support

CNA Requirements
