Precious Hands Staffing Agency LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team across Gwinnett, Dekalb, and Fulton, GA. This role involves direct patient care and collaboration with care teams to provide quality services.

The position requires an active GA CNA certification, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to work flexible shifts. A background check and drug screening are mandatory.

Competenze

• Active and valid CNA certification in Georgia.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques.
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Follow infection control protocols and HIPAA and facility compliance standards.
