Role Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trellis Centennial provides direct, hands‑on care to residents, supporting daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility. Qualifications

• Ability to accurately take and document vital signs, observe changes in condition, and report information clearly to licensed nursing staff.
