Job summary

Bishop Spencer Place in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN. You will assist with activities of daily living, bathing, nutrition, mobility and positioning, while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time day shift (3-12 hour shifts, 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.) includes weekend rotation with support from the Saint Luke’s Health System network behind the community.

Qualifications

• MO Nurse Aide certification required.
• 1 year of applicable experience preferred.
• CNA certification in Missouri required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, hygiene, nutrition and mobility.
• Maintain patient safety and communicate with health care team.
• Perform regular patient rounds and respond to resident needs.
