Job summary

Care with Dignity at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients in Fredericksburg, VA. You’ll provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while supporting independence and safety in clients’ homes.

Qualified applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current CNA/HHA/PCA certification, plus the ability to pass a background screen. Flexible scheduling and a caring team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to client locations.
• Hold a current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification, as applicable to the position.
• Be able to successfully pass a background screening.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be compassionate, patient, and respectful.
• Be comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Be willing to provide required employment and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities
