Nightingale at Monticello in Monticello, AR is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. As a CNA, you will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health, and work closely with nurses to deliver person-centered care in a welcoming setting.

Formación

• Current Arkansas CNA certification.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, professional, and dependable.
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required.
