Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Florence, Alabama is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The role focuses on providing high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting RN and therapy staff.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $13.81 to $18.38 with a $2.00 shift differential starting at 3:00 PM. Full-time and PRN shifts are available, including 7a-7p and 7p-7a, to fit different schedules.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 years of experience (entry-level).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide vital sign measurements, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
