SYNERGY HomeCare in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide non-medical, in-home care to clients of all ages. You will offer companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, delivering care with reliability and empathy.

This position offers competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour, weekly direct deposit, paid orientation, overtime and holiday pay, flexible schedules, and recognition programs.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience with ADLs preferred
• Reliable transportation with driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must pass a state background check and TB test
• Excellent professional communication and discretion with private information

As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provider personal care to clients as needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience - Experience with home making, cooking, cleaning, and personal cares. 1 year experience with ADL's preferred
• Reliable Transportation - Must have a reliable vehicle along with current driver's license and insurance.
• State Requirements - You must pass a state background check AND submit proof or obtain a negative TB test.
• Communication - Must have great professional communication skills and excellent judgment with proven discretion in handling private information.
