Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking compassionate CNAs for a post-acute and senior care client in New Jersey. You will provide basic patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and act as a liaison between patients, nurses, and physicians to ensure quality care.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, and ongoing training to support staff growth and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• Must be compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Serve as a primary caregiver and act as a liaison between patients, nurses, and physicians.
• Record and communicate patient conditions and any changes to the medical staff.
