Total Annual Compensation: $40,000 - Based on an average of 38 patients seen per day worked; eligibility for a bonus for each additional patient seen beyond this number

Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a professional and compassionate full‑time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within a nursing home facility on behalf of our medical team. The role involves assisting providers in nursing homes using a tablet device. The ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
• Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
• Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Board Certified)
• Ability or experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and respond appropriately
• Currently resides in the state of Texas
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6‑8 hours per day
