Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Minnesota. As a CNA-NAR you will deliver direct resident care, observe and report condition changes to the RN or LPN, and maintain accurate charting in the POC system.

The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and resident choices in daily life. Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, be in good standing with the state CNA registry, hold BLS certification, and showcase effective time

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities
