Mission18 in the Greater Chicago Area is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care on-site. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patients, and support nursing staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.

The role requires IL CNA certification, strong teamwork, and the ability to follow care plans in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospital, long-term care, rehab, or assisted living experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Role Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Mission18 provides direct patient care and supports nursing staff in delivering safe, respectful, and efficient services. This full-time position is on-site in the Greater Chicago Area and involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. The CNA monitors and reports changes in patients’ condition, takes vital signs, and helps maintain accurate documentation. Daily responsibilities also include helping with feeding, repositioning, and safe transfers, maintaining clean and organized patient areas, and following infection control and safety protocols. The role requires consistent collaboration with nurses, other care team members, and families to support individualized care plans.
