Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab in California is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents, helping with activities of daily living with dignity and respect.

You will partner with nurses and the care team to monitor resident condition, maintain a clean safe environment, and contribute to a supportive, respectful atmosphere that values teamwork and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or eligible.
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and excellence in patient care.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents and families.
