Job summary

Springs of Brinkley is seeking motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for 12-hour shifts, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. Arkansas CNA license required; base pay determined by experience.

Work in a clean, well-equipped environment with supportive leadership. We offer health/dental/vision insurance and PTO for full-time and part-time CNAs, plus evening and night shift differentials and Baylor-style weekend pay.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) license required in Arkansas.
• Experience with basic patient care and safety.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and hygiene.
• Monitor and report patient conditions and changes to nursing staff.
• Document care provided in EHR and follow care plans.
