Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The CNA will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support, while promoting comfort and safety. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and documenting vital signs, changes in condition, and reporting concerns to nursing and supervisory staff. The CNA will help with meal preparation, feeding assistance as needed, and maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment. The role also involves providing companionship, supporting emotional well-being, following care plans and infection control procedures, and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in the state of Georgia and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, and basic patient care.
• Strong observation and documentation skills, including recording vital signs and reporting changes in client condition.
• Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and care teams.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established care plans, safety guidelines, and infection control protocols.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, repositioning, and extended periods of standing or walking.
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
