Job summary

GREAT LAKES STAFFING is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a team in Wisconsin. The role supports resident-centered care, helps with ADLs, observes changes, and collaborates with departments to ensure quality care.

This position offers flexibility with part-time, full-time, and casual shifts, including AM, PM, and overnight options. Ideal candidates are licensed CNAs in good standing, reliable, and team-focused, with a commitment to resident safety and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• Completion of required continuing education (minimum 12 hours annually, or as required by state/federal regulations).
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care with compassion and respect.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, toileting, and dining.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to provide quality care.
