Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. The CNA will assist senior clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support, while promoting comfort and independence. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in client condition, assisting with meals and hydration, and supporting safe transfers and positioning. Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Mexico and compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with seniors and families.


• Ability to follow care plans, observe and report changes in client condition, and accurately document care activities.


• Dependable, compassionate, and patient, with a commitment to maintaining client safety, dignity, and confidentiality.


• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, NM, including standing, lifting, and performing physical tasks as required.
