A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED NURSES AID (CNA)
As a Certified Nurses Aid at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care and are responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding). You will turn or reposition residents who are bedridden, take residents' vital signs, and record fluid and meal intake and output. You will maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, and quality assurance programs. You strive to incorporate the facility’s goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for all our residents’ dignity. Encouraging an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents is essential. Making a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families brings you a great deal of satisfaction!
