Qualifications

• C.N.A., PCA, HHS or PCT certification; training provided if needed.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to patients’ homes.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Three references (2 professional, 1 personal).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation.
• Run errands.
