Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA.
• Satisfactory background check and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to compassionately care for others.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take medications on time.
• Assist clients with therapy exercises under a Registered Therapist.
• Provide personal care—hair, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support routine bodily functions.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment, including light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments.
• Observe changes and report to the Agency Director or Service Coordinator.
• Turn or reposition bedridden clients.
