Job summary

Anchor Co-Living in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team and support residents on their recovery journey.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, and documenting observations for the supervising nurse. We value a team-oriented, structured environment and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 2 years of nursing or direct patient care experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have physical ability to reposition and assist residents safely.
• Experience with elderly or bedridden residents (Alzheimer's/Dementia) preferred.
• Experience with catheters and enemas is a plus but not required.

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility


• Monitor and accurately document vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen levels


• Observe and report changes in behavior, complaints, or symptoms to the supervising nurse or care team


• Maintain clean and comfortable living environments by changing bed linens, bedpans, and assisting with general room upkeep


• Collaborate with staff and resident support teams to provide consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)


• CPR certification (required)


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing or direct patient care (required)


• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
