Job summary

Dignity Home Health and Hospice is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Utah County team. This role provides in-home and hospice care, delivering personal care and ADLs under RN supervision in patients' homes, with mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling.

We welcome new graduates and offer training to help you develop essential CNA skills. A Utah CNA license, CPR certification, and a valid Utah driver’s license are required to join our dedicated team

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and authorized CNA services in patients' homes per care plan.
