Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, person-centered care to retired Sisters
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding
• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment
• Provide care with empathy, patience, and professionalism

This is the Sisters of Mercy Convent, a private residence for retired Sisters. We are not open to the public, which means a calm, respectful, and supportive environment focused entirely on quality of care, not volume.

You will be caring for a small community of retired Sisters in a setting that values dignity, compassion, and relationship-based care.
