Altea Healthcare in Green Bay, Wisconsin seeks a Certified NP for a part-time role in post-acute and skilled nursing care. You’ll diagnose, treat, and guide patients toward better health, with training and mentorship available.

You’ll be a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, performing exams, ordering tests, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and collaborating with physicians and staff. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling accompany strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• NP license or eligibility to obtain
• Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain prior to start date
• Training & mentorship available
• Geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care experience or interest
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribing medications and creating treatment plans.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do:
