Job summary

Avera Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide obstetric and gynecologic care, educate patients on prenatal and postnatal practices, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Nurse Midwifery, is CNM-certified, maintains active licensure, and commits to our CARE values. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a stable work schedule in Sioux

Qualifications

Master's level degree in Nurse Midwifery is required.
Active CNM license in the state of practice.
Ability to work within written protocols and collaborate with physicians.

Responsibilities

Provide medical services and health education to obstetric and gynecologic patients.
Consult and collaborate with physician teams on assessment and treatment.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per approved protocols.
Interpret diagnostic information and plan patient care with physicians.
Ensure appropriate referrals and maintain patient records.
Maintain safety and aseptic practices and educate patients on care.
Uphold organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
