Kadlec Clinic in Richland, WA is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join its Obstetrics and Gynecology team. You will provide full-scope midwifery care across antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum stages while collaborating with APRNs and physicians.

The role includes a 36 scheduled patient contact hours per week, a rotating clinic and hospital-based schedule with a shared call model, and opportunities to build your own patient panel.

Kadlec Clinic is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join its compassionate team in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department. • Full-scope midwifery practice, including antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care, as well as a wide variety of preventative and problem based Gynecological care

• Opportunity to build your own patient panel

• Full-time is 36 scheduled patient contact hours per week

• Includes a combination rotating clinic and hospital-based shifts with shared call model

• Varying levels of experience and backgrounds will be considered

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Compensation is between $146,214 and $194,036 per year

• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

• Benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement

• As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
