Job summary

Upper Great Lakes Family Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our OB/GYN practice in Hancock, Michigan. You will work with a supportive team of physicians and CNMs in a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of midwifery or completion of a midwifery training program.
• State of Michigan unrestricted Registered Nurse and State issued specialty CNM certification.
• Registered with current DEA certificate.
• One year of practice experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNM services within an OB/GYN practice in Hancock, Michigan.
• Rotate evening and weekend call duties as part of the on-call schedule.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate patient care.

Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking aCertified Nurse Midwifeto help us expand access to care at our OB/GYN practice in Hancock, Michigan. You will join a supportive team of physicians and certified nurse midwifes at our well-established practice. Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.

Practice opportunity details include:

• Candidate Type: CNM
• Rotation of Evening/Weekend Call
