Job summary

CoxMonett Hospital is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide basic patient care under nursing supervision. The role involves taking vitals, assisting with activities of daily living, and reporting changes in patient condition in a high-volume med-surg unit.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Education Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience Required: 3 months experience as a nursing assistant in an inpatient or long-term care setting, EMT, or Surgical Technologist in the past 3 years
• Completed an Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Program within the past 3 years
• Completed the "fundamentals of nursing" course with clinical in an accredited nursing program or practical nursing education program
• Must have Missouri CNA License
• Must have MO CNA Appendix AND MO CNA license must be obtained within 120 days of hire
