Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO seeks Certified Nurse Assistants to support nursing staff with day-to-day patient care. You will take vitals, assist with activities of daily living, and observe patient conditions in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Eligible candidates may receive up to $1,800 sign-on bonus, up to $3,000 relocation bonus, and front-loaded PTO up to 24 hours. Training pathways for CNA progression are available within the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior patient care experience preferred.
• Missouri CNA license required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision (vital signs, bathing, dressing, moving patients).
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and linens and support daily patient needs.
