Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for our Observation unit located within the Florence Hospital. Shift/Hours: Full Time - 36 hours/week, 7A-7P

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state where work is performed.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Completion of applicable state CNA courses.
• Successful completion of CNA exam required for certification.
• Not listed on the State Abuse Registry.
• CPR for the professional rescuer is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides patients personal care and comfort.
